We do not do any of this for you, but we are (in some/many ways) with you - as a supportive resource for strengthening wisdom & guiding insights, with structured practical practices.
So, why is this page in the "Our Future Vision" section of our site? Well, for two reasons. Reason one; we are still building it (as we actively will), to make it truly helpful to the exact extent we want it to be - by purpose and intention - and would like to see it grow into more. And the second; Because you and your mental & emotional health, along with your optimal life and way of living & joy of life - being at its BEST, is a HUGE part our future vision.
Much of what you will find on this page is stuffed and carefully placed in special places throughout the books we offer you here. And yes, while they can be found there too, in some more wonderful and venturous ways, we thought it best to also provide a more easy access place to find them - and in more explicit and lucid terms (i.e. as defined; vivid & clear, concise, and easier to understand, in full, what is being said. As in some of these other places, it may be found to be potentially a bit more difficult to find and understand in that clear of a way.)
So, to that point and all others mentioned - here we are...

Section A Tile
To Start Every Day;
To start with, don't underestimate the power of this saying, nor the effectiveness of saying it to yourself, no matter how silly or small and pointless you may perhaps view it - now. If you take this to heart and put it to practice as we suggest, you WILL see that it works wonders!! And, can actually change your life. Look at yourself in a mirror or imagine that's what you are doing and speak as talking to all that you are - to your deepest parts, and simply say, "you can do this - anything you set out to do. You're enough, and you are able. I believe in you. You can do it!" Ignore any and all thoughts & feelings that disagree or do not align with that statement in anyway - you can almost just say it and think nothing of it after. As for the other thoughts and feelings that try to 'recount' this statement, do your best to act as though they aren't even there. As long as you repeat it often without allowing ANY verbal nor internal rebuttal - just say it, mean it (even if just in that moment), and move on into whatever you may be up to at that given time. It WILL still work. And those other thoughts & feelings, will also become less and less, as you keep this up - and gain more and more evidence that they are incorrect/not-true.
Then, as you continue on into your day, repeat the same statement just minutes later and in the same manner, without ANY rebuttal (allowing such thoughts or worse - words to essentially 'recant' and attack you and what you just said - that's like stacking a tower of blocks nearly completed and then saving it over exclaiming, "This will never work!!" or putting on make-up for a sit only to punch yourself in the eye. DON"T do that! - blackeye implied) However, this time, say it the same only instead of "You can", say; "I can do this" and so on to complete the whole statement. Though you can reduce it a bit and just say the "I/You can do this" part to being simply that; however, the longer version is WAY MORE effective - so, if you do shorten it, use the shortened version more regularly throughout your day and as a reminder statement, still keeping the longer, full statement, as an important part of your day. Add in one more time of day to say the full statement (an affirmation, as known by some), for more effectiveness and/or right before something that is seen as being something you "can't" do or will be difficult.

Don't give it a time - give it a method
...the time may vary.

In doing this, don't give it a time of expectation to work; rather, give it only the method - plus, your input/investment of keeping at it - and it WILL show itself worth the time. The length of time it may take can vary depending on a number of different factors - the guarantee is in the practice (i.e. the actual act of doing a thing the according to the method it is set in). Over time (relatively short if by the method) you will notice a change and more changes to come it you persist - as it completely changes the way you think, both about yourself and the world and 'challenges' around you and in your life directly.
